The staff were very responsive and helpful. It was a good location so close to the restaurant, a mountain, and city centre. - the service was good. - the pool was nice. - I had perfect days staying at this nice budget hotel.

We lived in the standard room with comfy twin beds, sofa plus the bath tub. The location in a pretty nice area was marvellous and there were a market and shops nearby. There was a huge variety of restaurants and local restaurants nearby...

I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The peaceful location on the edge of a mountain allowed me to escape the hectic city life and truly relax. The thermal pool was absolutely stunning and always kept clean. Additionally, the spa services were top-notch, and I had one of the best massages I've ever experienced. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities such as a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

I wish the hotel provided water in the rooms and during dinner. However, this small inconvenience didn't diminish my overall experience.

The thermal pool at Herakles was absolutely amazing. The hot sulphur springs made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the towels provided were a nice touch. I highly recommend Herakles for a soothing and indulgent stay.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. the rooms were cozy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the live entertainment at night, especially the talented guitarist who performed there. the hotel is also located in a beautiful area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

the bathtub in our room had visible mold, which made us hesitant to use it even with the special thermal water.
